Our client is local listed firm in the retail sector. They are looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Manager. This is a newly created role.
You will be involved with the full spectrum of compensation and benefits function. You will be tasked with consolidation of market data for review and analysis, providing benefits administration, and preparation of health insurance, etc. You will also assist to support in ad hoc projects such as drafting out benefits, providing salary for management roles as well as updates on the different pay bands.
You should have a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits. Excellent communications skills and strong problem-solving skills would be required. You should be able to work with minimal supervision and are proficient in using excel function.
