A UK MNC in the engineering industry is looking for a HR Executive to join their team.
Reporting to the HR manager, your scope of work covers HR generalist duties. You will be involved with handling Work Pass application/renewal, managing leaves records, and processing medical claims etc. You will also need to execute learning plans and programmes as well as ensure all plans and programmes support compliance and statutory licensing and competency requirements. You may also be required to perform ad hoc tasks such as processing payroll.
You should have Degree in Business studies or other related disciplines with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant capacity. You should also possess good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, have good initiative and interpersonal skills, can work independently and are driven to streamline and improve processes.
