Our client is an engineering company who has their office presence in a few countries. They are currently looking for a HR Generalist to join their lean HR team. This position will start off as a 3-month contract and have a good potential to be converted to a permanent role.
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR function which include recruitment and selection, employee relations, policy administration, payroll processing, training and development, as well as employee welfare. Some of the duties are conducting interviews, reviewing HR policies, liaising with payroll vendor, arranging training programs for staff, managing the insurance policies for employees, etc.
You should have a diploma or degree in HR/Business or its equivalent with a minimum of 3 years in the HR capacity. You must have knowledge of the Employment Act, ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, good interpersonal skills, meticulous as well as well organized.
