A European MNC in the retail industry is looking for a HR Manager to join their dynamic HR team.
You will be tasked with compensation and benefits, performance management and succession planning functions. Some of the responsibilities include collecting market data and ensuring remuneration packages are in line with market, conducting appraisals, providing coaching and feedback for employees, identifying and developing new leaders.
The successful incumbent should have a diploma/degree in HR or any related discipline. Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have at least 3-5 years of experience as a HR Manager capacity. Prior experience in FMCG industry would be advantageous.
