Our client is a fund management firm specialising in the Global Emerging Markets. They currently have a need for an Office Admin cum Receptionist to join their team for 3 months. This role has a possibility to be converted to permanent based on performance.
You will be responsible for managing the front desk, office maintenance duties such as ordering of office supplies, booking of flights and accommodations, reviewing staff expense claims, etc.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and have experience working in the capacity of an office administrator/PA for at least 3 years. You should have good communications skill and good initiative. Immediate availability preferred.
