A European MNC in the Oil sector has a need to hire an Office Administrator.
You will be responsible for attending to visitors, offering refreshments, ensuring the office is well maintained, ordering stationery and pantry supplies, booking meeting rooms, assisting with travel booking arrangements and sorting out of mails.
You should have a minimum of 2 years' receptionist experience, with good communication and organizational skills. You should have good initiative and are able to work independently.
