Our client is an MNC that has diversified businesses in manufacturing, energy, digital services, etc. They have their presence in Europe, Asia and Africa. They are currently looking to hire a Personal Assistant to support the CEO.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for screening calls, greeting visitor, calendar management, responding to emails, scheduling of meetings and appointments, and organizing events and conferences, etc.
You should have a Private Secretarial Diploma with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience. You should be able to work independently in a multi-nationality environment. You should have good initiative and good attitude.
