Join an MNC in the Oil and Gas industry as a Receptionist.
You will be responsible for answering phone calls, attending to visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mails, courier arrangement, making hotel and travel arrangements, filing and scanning of documents, submitting claims as well as office management duties such as ensuring printers are serviced, ordering of stationery, etc.
You should have a minimum of 3 years of receptionist/front desk experience. You should possess good organizational skills and have an eye for details. Immediate availability will be advantageous.
